When set, beats during nb_measures (default 1) are output before a tune.
They are played on the instrument associated to a drum_pitch
(default 37 Side Stick) with a volume volume (not coded yet).
Any of the arguments may be a * (star) meaning same value.
This parameter must appear in the ABC file header (out of tunes).
